Set up auto payment : Website
Login to your account using the PhoneBox App or the Website.
Select the Billing Menu
Click on Manage Payment
Choose to Add a Payment Method to add a Credit Card or Add New Bank Account
Input your information, confirm and you are all set!

To change your payment method from credit card to bank account, follow these steps:
1.
Cancel the auto payment feature for your credit card.
2.
Add your bank account information.
By following these two simple steps, you will have successfully updated your payment method to use your bank account instead of your credit card.

Cancel Auto Payment
1.
Navigate to the PhoneBox website or launch the application.
2.
Sign in to your account.
3.
Go to Billing
4.
Click the button to <Cancel credit card auto payment>
Or click the button to <Cancel Pre-authorized debit>
5.
Confirm the cancellation by selecting "Yes" to proceed.
6.
If you see a pop-up confirming the cancellation, it has been successfully completed.
7.
You will receive a message from us after cancelling an auto-payment method.
